New! Publishing, Postdocs, and VAPS, Oh My! - On Article & Journal Publishing

The Office for RACE and Laney EDGE are excited to pilot a new series titled "Publishing, Postdocs, and VAPS, Oh My! Thriving in Academia as an Early Career POC." The second of the three-part speaker series offered by the Office of RACE and Laney EDGE features Dr. Briana Woods-Jaeger, Emory Department of Behavioral, Social, and Health Education Sciences.

Laney EDGE presents A User’s Guide to Understanding Pronouns, Part 3 – the third installment in the A User’s Guide to Understanding Pronouns seminar series in partnership with the Office of LGBT Life. Part 3 will focus on discussions centered on gender, gender expression, and sexual orientation.

Deadline Approaching! National Humanities Center Graduate Student Summer Residency Program

The Mellon Interventions Project will support up to ten doctoral students for the residency program, “Meaningful Teaching and Learning in the Humanities Classroom.” This program will model best practices for undergraduate teaching that can be modified for face-to-face, virtual, or hybrid instruction. Interested students may submit their applications by the deadline.
