Dr. Helena Moradi
Helena Moradi is a Swedish legal scholar specializing in law and philosophy. Prior to joining Emory, she was a postdoctoral researcher at Cornell University School of law.
Having obtained her first law degrees at Stockholm University in Sweden and Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany, and a PhD at Tsinghua University, China, she turned to jurisprudence in the US, further developing her interest in critical legal theory and vulnerability theory.
Her research incorporates the philosophy of law, as well as moral, social and political philosophy. Dr. Moradi has published articles and monographs and participated in various international conferences related to legal theory and its philosophical implications.
