Feminism and Legal Theory for The Vulnerability and the Human Condition Initiative | Emory University

The Vulnerability and Human Condition Initiative was organized by members of the Emory School of Law faculty in a collaborative university-wide initiative that uses the structure provided by the Feminism and Legal Theory (FLT) Project.

The FLT Project's main commitment is to foster interdisciplinary examinations of specific law and policy topics of particular interest to women.  More generally, the Project addresses the intersection of gender with issues relating to race, class, ability and sexuality.
